Video demonstrates no-scalpel vasectomy technique

The no-scalpel vasectomy is a minimally invasive alternative to the traditional scalpel vasectomy as a means of birth control. It offers a decreased incidence of complications, less discomfort, and a quicker recovery time. The online urology news resource UrologyTimes.com recently featured a video of Daniel H. Williams IV, MD, demonstrating the steps of a no-scalpel vasectomy on its educational video portal, ‘Y’-Tube. Dr. Williams is a urologist who specializes in male infertility and male sexual health.

“Vasectomy: A different approach to isolating the vas” was published on UrologyTimes.com on December 1, 2015.
