Tracy Downs, MD, Appointed to Associate Professor

We would like to congratulate Dr. Tracy Downs, Urologic Oncologist in the Department of Urology, for his appointment to Associate Professor. Dr. Downs, who joined the Department of Urology in April of 2010 will be appointed to the rank of Associate Professor (CHS) effective February 1, 2011.
