Clinical Specialties

Dr. McAchran specializes in all aspects of female pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction, pelvic floor reconstruction for pelvic organ prolapse, urethrovaginal reconstruction for urethral diverticulum and fistulas, and female sexual dysfunction.


Research Interests

Dr. McAchran’s research interests in female urology include optimization of care pathways to improve surgical outcomes and clinical outcomes of female pelvic floor reconstruction.
