Please join Wisconsin Urology Alumni and Friends of Wisconsin Urology in their commitment to supporting the academic and educational mission in the Department of Urology set forth by Drs. David Theodore Uehling, Ken Cummings, John Wear, Jr., John Wear, Sr., and Ira Sisk.

Gifting Levels as denoted will be recognized at a reception at the Annual Fall Uehling Lectures. Uehling Scholars will be listed on a special Plaque in the Department of Urology

$5,000 or more	Uehling Scholar
$10,000 or more	The Middleton Society
$25,000 or more	The Bardeen Fellows

We encourage you to support our mission by donating annually to one or more of the following funds:

The Ira Sisk Memorial Resident Fund to support resident education.
Urology Research Fund to support research in the Department of Urology.
The John B Wear Lectureship to support lectureships in voiding dysfunction.
The "Annual Fall Uehling Lectures" Fund to support the educational portion of the Fall symposium.
The David Theodore Uehling Professorship to support academic pursuits in the Department of Urology.

You may also donate annually to the fund of the department's choice.
